Monica is a fractional senior level executive consultant that specializes in organizational operations, change management, fiscal infrastructure, contracting frameworks, and compliance.
With more than 17 years of experience in operations, governmental auditing, contract administration, and regulatory compliance Monica brings deep expertise in organizational operations, risk mitigation, framework development and process improvement, contractual governance, and fiscal stewardship.
She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Sociology from Florida State University. Her professional credentials include Certified Public Manager (CPM), and Certified Supervisory Manager (CSM).
